You'll get a good idea of available mortgage products. You'll notice rates are a bit higher than for a standard house purchase mortgage, because of the additional risk to lenders. But, with BuildStore's lenders you can enjoy interest free payments throughout your build which keeps your costs to a minimum and you'll only pay interest in any case on funds, as they are drawn down, rather than the full amount. As soon as your build is complete, you can move to one of their lower standard mortgage rates.
